- School Clubs - Kiwanis Clubs across the country sponsor service in local high schools. This includes Builders Clubs in middle schools, Key Clubs in high schools, and Circle-K Clubs in colleges. The Kiwanis Club of Midlothian Sponsors:

- Post Prom Parties - High school PTAs often organize social events for students that take place immediately following their high school prom. The goal of the event planners is to create a fun experience for kids where they can stay up late and continue their socializing in a safe environment. Kiwanis Club of Midlothian supports post prom parties for the following high schools:

- Camp Youngblood for Hemophiliacs - Camp Youngblood is a fun-filled event for children with bleeding disorders, which is sponsored by the United Virginia Chapter of the National Hemophilia Foundation.
